Project Overview

CCBC’s newest building will house all health-related academic programs. The renovation and addition design process discovered significant damage from a failing building envelope. Thus, a new building was designed – the Carol Diane Eustis Center for Health Professions, providing an interdisciplinary and state-of-the-art facility to unify the health-related education programs. Simulation labs which model clinical environments and patient conditions create opportunities for students to practice “real world” responses to health emergencies.

Our Approach

bet网址注册 provided cost estimating support on this project from the very beginning, through the decision to demolish the existing damaged building and use the opportunity to unite the entire Health Professions program. Over three years, we performed five complete estimates.

The Results

Acting as the owner’s advocate, we were able to manage budget expectations through this project’s scope changes.
